What is your no.1 makeup tip?
People always ask me this, and my answer is not about the makeup - it's about SKINCARE .

The best way to achieve a flawless, radiant makeup look is to ensure you have a smooth, healthy canvas to work with.

The number one priority is to have a good moisturiser to plump and hydrate the skin ready for a flawless foundation application ( Re-Nutriv Ultimate Youth Creme is my favourite).
What is the best way to test new foundation?
Never use your hand or wrist – they're not the same shade as your face. The best place to trial a new foundation is between the jaw-line and neck. If the colour fades in 100% then you have your perfect match FOUNDATION.

If you can't find your perfect shade, go one shade lighter. This will reflect the light, making your skin appear brighter and more youthful (going a shade darker absorbs more light so that wrinkles appear more prominent).
What is 'Repair'?

Repair is a naturally occurring process our skin goes through, to renew dead skin cells. The process takes between 28-32 days. During this regeneration, we recommend you use a Repair Serum which will enhance the process. The Estée Lauder repair serums help to repair damaged skin and also target specific issues such as enlarged pores, lines and wrinkles and environmental assaults.
How do I make my eyes look larger?
To create the appearance of beautiful large eyes use liquid eyeliner on the top lashes but leave the bottom ones nude. Use volumising mascara like MagnaScopic, concentrating heavily on the outer lashes to make them thicker and longer for the appearance of a wide open eye.
What colour eyeshadow will suit me?
You should match your eye colour to your mood, and to what you're wearing. I see lots of people who stick to one or two colours, as they are stuck in a routine.

There are some rules to make things easier though! If the skin around the eye area is starting to thin, avoid pinky and blue colours as this will accentuate the creppiness. Stick to warmer tones instead.
My foundation looks heavy and make my skin look dry - Why?
The cause is not the foundation, or how you're applying it, but your skincare regime. Throughout the year your skin changes and adapts with the seasons: it's drier in winter and flakes easily. Going from the cold outdoors into central heating only intensifies the problem.

During winter you need to provide extra repair and moisture. Use Advanced Night Repair Concentrate for 21-nights to treat traumatised skin, and moisturise with a hydrating cream like Hydra Complete. By doing this you will achieve a flawless canvas to apply your foundation to without the heavy dry appearance.

Do I really need to invest in a separate eye cream if I already use moisturiser?
Absolutely. Skin around the eye is roughly 50% more delicate than the rest of your face, so needs much gentler products. The molecule formulation is softer and finer in eye creams specifically for this reason.
What key products should I not leave home without?
I personally can not go anywhere without my Spotlight Skin Tone Perfector or Re-Nutriv Sun Supreme Lip Balm.
