Head Office Positions
Our General Management; Sales; Marketing; Education; PR; Creative; Human Resources and Purchasing Departments are all based in our London Head Office.
Similarly, we sometimes have opportunities for secretarial and administrative staff; marketing; creative and PR professionals and again look for applicants with previous experience in luxury brand management; the retail cosmetics industry or related industries.
From time to time we have vacancies for sales staff to provide essential support to these departments. When recruiting for support staff, we look for committed and passionate team players with excellent administrative; secretarial and organisational skills. Field Management Opportunities
With Department Store Accounts across the whole of the UK and Ireland, we often have vacancies for Sales and Education Executives.
Sales and Education Executives are field-based employees responsible for the recruitment; development and people management of all Consultants to ensure that our retail and wholesale targets are achieved. This role is responsible for budget management; strategic business analysis and also involves close liaison with our retail business partners.
Previous retail cosmetics and proven multi-site people management experience are essential for this role as are excellent analytical skills.

Head Office Work Experience
Work placements give those developing skills for the work place the opportunity to learn about our business and become part of the Estée Lauder World.
Work placements with Estée Lauder provide students with the opportunity to enhance and develop their skills and experience within specific disciplines. First hand experience can be gained through a placement in one of the following departments: Marketing; Communications (PR); Sales; Education or Creative Services.
Work placements are provided for a minimum of three months within Estée Lauder's offices in London or Fareham. These are initially unpaid roles, however, we do pay for travel expenses, and provide students with the use of our Corporate Gym and provide a product allowance.

Administration and Distribution Opportunities
Finance, administration, and distribution for the Group are based in Fareham, Hampshire. These functions include accounts, credit control, payroll, forecasting, warehouse and distribution, business management, stock control, sales administration, personnel, IT department, and customer relations.
